 We are looking for a server to join the catering team and have the responsibility of serving food to customers.

Our ideal server answers questions about the menu and food, serves food, seats customers, helps with customer service, setup and cleaning. 

You may be tasked with any number of jobs: carry crates of glasses or plates, folding napkins, moving large centerpieces, unstacking chairs, serving as part of a reinforcement crew, setting up tables, lighting candles, serving food and drinks, supervising the buffet, serving hors devours carrying trays around the event, and much more. 

To succeed in this role, you must have a positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with other servers and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

• Serve food to customers accurately and with a positive attitude
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Knowledge of the menu
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Help food preparation staff when necessary
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards

• Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred
• A positive “can-do” attitude and ability to work well under pressure with servers and other staff
• Able to perform quality work and make great decisions while unsupervised
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and serve in a timely manner
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs at a time
• Must have reliable transportation to and from all events 

*Compensation per event is at $18/hr*
