Our Meals are prepared single servings and perfectly packed for 1 person to enjoy. These ready to heat meals and or cold meals help save time in finding out what to eat! Average meal consists of a protein, vegetable and starch. Meals usually weigh about 14 ounces. For hot meals, keep it in the microwave safe containers, pop it in the microwave, heat for at least 3 and 5 minutes to the desired temp and enjoy.
Whether you need 5 meals or 21, our flexible options accommodate all preferences.

All orders require a confirmation before they are prepared
No, we make everything fresh and deliver your meals refrigerated.
We recommend consuming your meals within 7 days to maintain the freshness. Each meal will have a Use By label indicating when the meal is expired.
Every meal is made from scratch. Fresh vegetables and fresh meats. None of our food is fried, we use olive oils and we typically bake, steam, roast and grill the ingredients.
This is not a subscription, you order the meals you need and place your orders each week. If you are interested in a subscription, please let us know!
Your ready to heat and eat meal is usually 14 ounces. We aim for 5oz of protein, 5oz of vegetables and 4oz of starch. (fit meals may have a higher measurement of vegetables)
On our order form, you will have the option of a daytime or evening delivery on select days. When ordering 7, 14 or 21 meals, you will have delivery on either Thursday or Friday if your order is placed on Monday or Tuesday. Deliveries are only made on Thursdays and Fridays.
Once you have made your selections on our order form, you will be able to make payment with any major credit card, debit card or PayPal.
We prepare meal preps along with other catering orders. While we can do our best to accommodate your request, we may not be able to make the requested adjustments if your delivery is within 2 days.
You can heat one and enjoy, while you current meal is heating, you can store the remaining in the refrigerator. Due to quality, we do not recommend freezing any of our meals.
